Meet Amanda Wayman, ERYT 200, GFI, and AAT, a compassionate and experienced yoga instructor with a passion for empowering individuals to find joy in movement. Amanda has honed her skills in creating a safe and supportive environment for students of all backgrounds. With a special focus on trauma-sensitive and adaptive yoga, Amanda is dedicated to helping individuals with trauma, addiction, injury, and chronic pain find movement that honors their unique needs and abilities. 

 

As a certified group fitness instructor, Amanda is excited to expand her expertise into teaching a variety of formats, including spin, strength training, barre, and Pilates. 

 

Her gentle yet powerful approach encourages students to listen to their bodies, cultivate self-awareness, and celebrate their individuality. Join Amanda on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment through the transformative power of movement and exercise.
